FLESH-COLOURED HORROR

FLESH-COLOURED HORROR was a project assigned on the 2nd term for VFS GD students, where students were required to create plans for a first-person horror game in an abandoned hospital.

    • Solo Project | 3-weeks production time

    • Released in January 2022

    • Level Layout and whiteboxing

    • Narrative design (horror elements)

    • Set dressing, lighting, and audio design

    • Visual Scripting (Blueprint)

    • Unreal Engine v4.27.2

    • Version Control (Sourcetree, GitHub)

  • Students were graded based on:

    • Standards (e.g.: the layout plan was followed perfectly)

    • Geometry (e.g.: there is not a single instance of an additive BSP brush intersecting)

    • Set Dressing (e.g.: cohesive visual style)

    • Lighting (e.g.: lights are appropriately used to guide the player)

    • Technical (e.g.: the world outliner is organized in a logical manner with folders)
